The Pathway approach

Attentive care, from the first conversation to the final minute.

01

We talk first.

Your goals, pressure preferences, and areas to address or avoid guide the visit.

02

We adapt.

The session can change as your comfort and feedback change. You are never locked into a routine.

03

We protect your comfort.

Privacy, appropriate draping, clear communication, and professional boundaries are central.

04

We do not rush.

Your appointment is time set aside for you—not a race to the next person.

A calm place to pause, reset, and feel more at home in your body.

Care tailored to you.

Understand your options before you begin.

01 / ACUPUNCTURE

Personalized acupuncture

Very fine, sterile, single-use needles are placed at selected points on the body. Your practitioner tailors each session to your concerns and explains what to expect before treatment begins.

02 / CUPPING

Cupping therapy

Cups placed on the skin create suction over selected areas. Cupping may be included in your care when appropriate; your practitioner will explain the approach and the temporary circular marks it can leave.

03 / HERBAL GUIDANCE

Herbal consultation

An individual conversation about herbal options and whether they fit your care. Discuss your medications, supplements, allergies and health history when considering herbal options.

04 / NUTRITION

Nutritional advice

Practical guidance on food choices and everyday eating habits, shaped around your preferences and wellness goals. Recommendations are discussed in the context of your overall care.

What can I expect at my first acupuncture visit?

Your visit begins with a discussion of your health history, current concerns and goals. Your practitioner will explain the proposed treatment and answer your questions before you begin. Please share medications, recent health changes and any concerns about needles.

What happens before the massage begins?

We will discuss what you need that day, your preferred pressure, and any areas you want addressed or avoided.

Do deeper pressure and aromatherapy cost extra?

No. Pressure choice and aromatherapy are included in Personalized Restorative Massage.

What health information should I share?

Please disclose relevant health changes, injuries, medications, or concerns. Your session may be adapted, and medical clearance may be requested when appropriate.

Is massage a substitute for medical care?

No. Massage therapy supports general wellness and comfort but does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Do I need acupuncture to ask about the other services?

Call us to discuss cupping, herbal guidance or nutritional advice. We will explain how these services can be arranged and whether a consultation is the right place to start.

What should I share with the acupuncturist?

Bring a list of medications and supplements, and mention allergies, pregnancy, bleeding conditions and recent health changes. Herbal products can interact with medications. Discuss suitability with your practitioner, and keep your other health care providers informed.
